Lamb's Lettuce with Malivoire Wine Syrup and Aceto Ice Wine Vinegar
You will need the following:
- 8 Bunchs of Lamb's Lettuce
- 2 cups of Mixed Baby Greens
- 125 g of Yellow Beans
- 125 g of Asparagus Tips
- 8 pcs of Grape Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp of Malivoire Rosemary Wine Syrup
- 4 tbsp of Aceto Ice Wine Vinegar
Blanch asparagus and yellow beans in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes and cool under cold water. Cut both asparagus and beans into spoon size lengths and marinate in wine syrup. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Arrange two bunchs of Lamb's lettuce on the plate and top with baby greens, tomatoes, asparagus and beans. Mist with Ice Wine vinegar and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
