Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. You will need the following:
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 cup stoneground whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup Vinifera For Life Cabernet Flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars. Add almond butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Roll into small balls. Flatten with a fork and bake for 15 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
